Cardslingers Repack – Terms & Conditions

1. Repack Purchase
   Each Cardslingers Football Repack contains a random selection of football trading cards. Contents vary between packs and may include modern, vintage, rookie, insert, parallel, or graded cards. All contents are random and unknown until opened.

2. No Guaranteed Value
   Repacks are a game of chance. The total market value of the cards may be lower than the purchase price. Cardslingers makes no guarantees or warranties about the value, rarity, or specific cards included in any Repack.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges
   All Repack sales are final. Once opened, returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accepted. Dissatisfaction with contents or perceived value does not qualify for a refund.

4. Card Condition
   Cards are packed with care, but conditions will vary. Older or vintage cards may show signs of wear. Any graded cards are assessed solely by third-party grading companies, and Cardslingers accepts no responsibility for their assigned grades.

5. Purchaser Responsibility
   By purchasing a Repack, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) and agree to these terms before completing your order.
